Shipping policy

Orders:

The processing time for an order (the time it takes for us to receive your order) can take from 24-48 hours, but we do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.  After receiving your order, we will then package and ship your order out.  After shipping, you will receive a tracking ID and you will be able to follow your package during the rest of the shipping process. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive.   If you want your order rushed, please email rawandnourished@gmail.com to make the request. 

Where is my Package?

Once your package leaves Raw and Nourished, it is up to the shipping carrier to deliver the items to you. If your item is missing or says delivered when it hasn't been delivered, please contact the shipping carrier you selected.
