FAQ



Orders:

The processing time  for an order (the time it takes for us to receive your order and payment) can take from 24-48 hours, but we do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.  After receiving your order, we will then package and ship your order out.  After shipping, you will receive a tracking ID and you will be able to follow your package during the rest of the shipping process. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive.   If you want your order rushed, please email cryowellness.spa@gmail.com to make the request. 

** For DNA Signal Serum, package will be sent via Overnight 1 day or 2nd day Express.  Dependant on what you choose. This is due to the fact that this product must be kept chilled for maximum potency.  Please plan for package/product arrival and place product in a refrigerator as soon as possible.**

Where is my Package?

Once your package leaves Cryo Wellness Spa, it is up to USPS to deliver the items to you. If your item is missing or says delivered when it hasn't been delivered, please contact the post office.

Damage and issues: 

Please inspect your order upon recieving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All Sales are Final:

Once your order has shipped we do not accept product returns or exchanges.  This is due to the health and safety concerns in accepting returned personal care products.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
